Family and friends of Angela
met April 12th at the Palms Hotel and Casino for the first dinner/fundraiser
for the project.
The dinner, planned to raise
awareness and money, was highlighted by the inaugural showing of the
Angela's House video featuring interviews about the history of the project,
about Angela, and about unmet needs of blind and visually impaired people in
Southern Nevada.
There was a Silent Auction
before dinner followed by an exciting Live Auction featuring weekend trips
and art work.
Dinner MC was Bill Hoffman.
Auctioneer was Jack Sheehan.
A good time was had by all!
